It all started in the distant 90s, when there was a modest but progressive pizzeria "Patio Pizza", where for the first time in Moscow began to cook a pizza in this wood-fired oven in the open fire.

Gradually we became more than just a pizzeria, and in 2004 "Patio Pizza" turned into «IL Patio" chain of affordable restaurants serving Italian cuisine with a wide menu.
